Agreement

Please read these Terms carefully.

These Terms form an agreement between you and OMVERA Technologies LLC regarding your use of LifeHub.

LifeHub is intended to provide useful organization tools, but it does not replace official records, professional advice, independent backups, or personal responsibility for important obligations.

Your use of LifeHub is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LifeHub, including its website, application, features, communications, and related services operated by OMVERA Technologies LLC.

By creating an account, accessing LifeHub, or using any LifeHub feature, you agree to these Terms and the LifeHub Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use LifeHub.

02

About LifeHub

LifeHub is a personal organization platform designed to help users manage reminders, important dates, documents, categories, recurring responsibilities, and other everyday information.

LifeHub is developed and operated by OMVERA Technologies LLC.

Features may change, expand, be limited, or be discontinued as the product develops.

03

You must be at least 13 years old to use LifeHub.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use LifeHub only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use LifeHub if you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.

04

Account Registration

Certain LifeHub features require a registered account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by a verified security failure outside your reasonable control.

05

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and protecting access to your email account and devices.

You must notify OMVERA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

OMVERA may temporarily restrict or suspend account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

06

Acceptable Use

You may use LifeHub only for lawful personal, household, caregiving, family, or approved business purposes.

You may not use LifeHub to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, distribute harmful code, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or conduct fraudulent activity.

You may not upload content that is illegal, malicious, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or intentionally harmful.

07

User Content

You retain ownership of the information, reminders, notes, categories, and documents you submit to LifeHub.

You grant OMVERA a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up your content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve LifeHub.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and use all content submitted through your account.

08

Documents and Sensitive Information

LifeHub may allow users to upload documents and records that contain personal or sensitive information.

You should upload only information needed for your intended use of LifeHub and should avoid storing unnecessary highly sensitive information.

You remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of documents that are critical, legally required, difficult to replace, or needed for emergencies.

09

Reminders and Notifications

LifeHub reminders and notifications are provided as organizational tools and conveniences.

OMVERA does not guarantee that every reminder, email, push notification, or other message will be delivered, displayed, or received at a specific time.

You should not rely on LifeHub as your only method for managing legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, travel, emergency, or other critical deadlines.

10

Not Professional Advice

LifeHub does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, accounting, or other professional advice.

Information displayed in LifeHub is based primarily on data entered by the user and should be reviewed for accuracy.

You should consult a qualified professional for advice regarding important legal, medical, financial, or regulatory matters.

11

Free and Paid Plans

LifeHub may offer free and paid subscription plans with different limits, storage allowances, features, and support levels.

Plan features, prices, limits, and availability may change over time.

Paid subscriptions will not begin until billing functionality is activated and a user completes an authorized purchase.

12

Billing and Payments

When paid plans are available, payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate billing information unless the law requires otherwise.

13

Subscription Renewal

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

The applicable subscription price and billing interval will be disclosed before purchase.

OMVERA may provide notice of material pricing changes as required by law or reasonable business practice.

14

Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel paid subscriptions through available account management tools or by contacting support.

Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where expressly offered, or where OMVERA determines that a refund is appropriate.

15

Third-Party Services

LifeHub may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, notifications, analytics, and other functions.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

OMVERA is not responsible for independent third-party services, outages, content, policies, or actions beyond OMVERA's reasonable control.

16

Intellectual Property

LifeHub, OMVERA, related branding, software, design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and platform content are owned by or licensed to OMVERA Technologies LLC.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any OMVERA intellectual property to users.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from protected platform materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.

17

Feedback

Users may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or feature requests regarding LifeHub.

By submitting feedback, you grant OMVERA permission to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.

This does not transfer ownership of private user documents or personal account content.

18

Service Availability

OMVERA aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access.

LifeHub may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security measures, provider outages, technical problems, or events beyond OMVERA's reasonable control.

OMVERA may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of LifeHub when reasonably necessary.

19

Beta and Developing Features

Some LifeHub features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, early access, or under development.

Such features may contain errors, change without notice, or be discontinued.

Users should not rely on developing features for critical responsibilities or irreplaceable data.

20

Suspension and Termination

OMVERA may suspend or terminate access when a user materially violates these Terms, creates security risks, engages in fraud or abuse, fails to pay required fees, or uses LifeHub unlawfully.

Where reasonable, OMVERA may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before termination.

Users may stop using LifeHub and request account deletion at any time, subject to applicable retention obligations.

21

Disclaimers

LifeHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

OMVERA does not guarantee that LifeHub will meet every user's needs, prevent every missed deadline, preserve every file indefinitely, or operate without interruption or error.

Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect only to the extent required by applicable law.

22

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMVERA and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of LifeHub.

This includes losses related to missed reminders, unavailable files, lost data, missed deadlines, business interruption, lost profits, or reliance on user-entered information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to every user.

23

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OMVERA from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of LifeHub, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused solely by OMVERA's own unlawful conduct where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.

24

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections in a user's jurisdiction may still apply where they cannot legally be waived.

Any final governing-law and dispute provisions should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial launch.

25

Changes to These Terms

OMVERA may update these Terms as LifeHub evolves, laws change, service providers change, or new features are introduced.

The updated effective date will be displayed on this page.

Continued use of LifeHub after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

26

Contact Information

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the LifeHub contact page or by email.

Support requests should include enough information for OMVERA to understand and respond to the issue.

Users should not include passwords, complete payment card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in general support messages.
